A brand new Batik design inspired by Goldfinches flocking around the teasels in the winter. I wanted to capture the birds in different positions as they feed on the teasels, many drawings were created for this piece and I'm really thrilled with the result. There is just a small splash of red and yellow from the Goldfinches - with the dominant colours being blues and browns.
